Please recommend a smudge-proof mascara that won't make me look like a panda!

I am using the My Lash mascara that I bought in Japan.

👏 I bought this product because it was recommended as being smudge-proof, but perhaps because my eyes are usually dry, it tends to water easily. I can't go without mascara, so I apply it every day as a necessity, but the problem is

My mascara smudges easily, perhaps because I tear up frequently as a side effect of LASIK.

🐻At some point, I get surprised to see that my eyes have turned into panda eyes.

So I have to check the mirror frequently and touch up my makeup.
I used to get eyebrow extensions frequently, but I haven't been doing them lately because they're bad for my eyebrow health.

Please recommend a smudge-proof mascara.
