Mascara smudging

Since I have inner eyelids, most mascaras smudge easily.

My eyes smudge so much that even though I apply primer and powder before mascara, they still smudge, so I rarely end up using the mascara I buy... So lately, I've been using an eyelash curler directly on my bare eyes. Please recommend any mascaras that are strong against oil.
