Body care routine for soft skin!

I don't have dry skin, but I have keratosis pilaris, so my skin is a bit rough and I have to work hard on body care.

 

Let me introduce the routine I follow!

 

Body oil + body lotion

The key point is to mix and match like this.

 

Product: Johnson's Baby - Bedtime Oil

I've been using it continuously until now! For babies

Since it is a product Not only is it gentle, but I really haven't found a product with a scent as cozy as Johnson's Baby's, so I keep using it haha.

 

Mixing the bedtime oil and lotion definitely made the scent waft twice as lovely and the moisturizing effect even better🩵 The lotion alone is hydrating, but applying it together with the oil feels like it really locks in the moisture deep within the skin.

 

 

I was worried whether the oil and lotion would mix well and apply, but it spreads much more easily than I expected, and my skin actually feels softer after application. Since the moisturizing effect lasts a long time, now when I apply body lotion, I feel like something is missing if I don't have bedtime oil, so I keep applying lotion over and over again... It locks in moisture, so it's truly the best, especially in winter! I know that moisturizing is really important for skin with keratosis pilaris, and this method of mixing bedtime oil and body lotion is truly the best, so I always make sure to use body oil during the winter!
