Dr. Zirt Ceramidin Lip Repair

My lips are extremely dry and prone to flaking. If I just apply lipstick, they become too dry, so I always have to layer lip balm on top. I've tried many different lip balms, but this time I bought the Dr. Jart Ceramidin product. I didn't really notice it softening the dead skin cells to gently slough them off or soothing them. It just feels like it helps to relieve the dryness a bit. Since it is a product that you scoop out each time, it is good for hygienic use.
