Vaseline lip balm

It's Vaseline Lip Therapy Color & Care Kissing Red.

I bought this thinking it was a lip balm. I have a Nivea color lip balm at home, but the color barely shows up on my lips. I bought this thinking it would be the same, but it actually does show color. Even with just one application, it gives a subtle red lip look. I bought it to use at night, but I just bought it because the case was pretty. I completely made the wrong purchase, so I'm thinking of giving it to another family member. It has turned out to be a worst-case product for me. Also, I wanted something very moisturizing, but it doesn't seem to be that kind of product. It is different from my usual basic lip balm.
