What kind of lip balm is good for dry lips?

hello.

I'm a man who doesn't usually take good care of my skin, but I'm writing this because my lips have been so dry lately, perhaps due to the weather.

Originally, my lips would just get a little chapped and that was it, but lately, the skin on them keeps peeling, so I find myself picking at them with my hands without even realizing it. As a result, they bleed frequently, and my lips are in terrible condition. I don't think I can leave them like this any longer, so I'm planning to buy a lip balm.

I really dislike stickiness, so I would like a product that doesn't look too greasy or stand out when applied. I think a decent, standard product would be good.

Does anyone happen to know of a lip balm that provides excellent hydration while having a clean finish? Price range doesn't matter, so please recommend any products you usually use that you liked.
