Review of Amuse Dew Balm Ballerina, a moisturizing and color-proportioned balm
My skin tone is dark and tends to be very dry.
So my lips often get really dry, which makes it difficult for me to use lip tints with strong color payoff.
I used to avoid using lip tints because they often look very tacky, don't match my complexion, or make my lips look like they're floating unnaturally. However, I ended up using Amuse Dew Balm No. 1 Ballerina because it is almost transparent.
I liked how Amuse Dew Balm delivered moisture without feeling sticky.
I often wear matte lipsticks, so I think it's great to apply over them to add moisture, and also good to wear on its own to add hydration when I'm not wearing makeup.
The case itself feels transparent, so it seems to make the product's image even more transparent.
I noticed that Amuse Dew Balm is also called Water Tint.
It seems to have earned that nickname because, literally, it is a plump yet fresh and moisturizing lip balm type with no stickiness; it appears to be a floral shade that naturally colors the lips.
I am currently using No. 1 Ballerina, but No. 2 Peach, No. 3 Pomelo Dew, and No. 4 Cherry offer much more vibrant color payoff, so I recommend them to those looking for a moisturizing, natural, and non-sticky lip balm.
