콩담백면이군요 콩으로 만들어서 칼로리도 낮고 건강에 좋겠네요
So I occasionally eat bread made of 100% rice flour, but I haven't been able to eat noodles for a while.
I tried Kongdambaekmyeon for the first time today.
At first, my older sister told me to eat it all, but,
My older sister said she bought two bags (four pieces per bag) and asked if we could eat together, so we all (four people) ate it together.
I added eggs and vegetables because it tasted only of the sauce when eaten plain. Later, I thought I should have added sesame seeds and dried seaweed flakes.
The texture is a bit like chewing angel hair noodles, but it feels much more like thin noodles. Honestly, I was surprised. It really feels like actual noodles. I could even slurp them up, haha.
The nutritional information is 0g of sugar and 6g of carbohydrates. It doesn't contain wheat flour and uses soy milk. The sauce contains 6g of sugar. It looks like they added about half the amount of sauce.
I gave my sister some more noodles and ate the rice cake lol. I like rice cakes better than noodles.
My dad and sister like noodles, so I think I've found a good substitute. Of course, they say it is a bit more expensive than somyeon haha. Well, that can't be helped🤣 I heard it was on sale for 8,000 won, so I guess I should eat this occasionally too. After all, they say it's good to eat processed foods in moderation.
