Hand cream routine to protect your hands in dry weather
I think my hands are the first place to show signs of dry weather.
You know the saying that even hands get old!
My hands tend to get chapped and rough easily, so I pay extra attention to them during the winter or the change of seasons.
So, I have a little routine of my own that I developed a few years ago.
It is my habit to apply plenty of hand cream every time I wash my hands, and whenever I feel my hands are even slightly dry.
At first, it was a hassle, but as I continued doing it, the cracking on the back of my hands decreased and my skin texture became much smoother.
In particular, my routine is to not just apply it to the back of my hands, but also thoroughly apply it to my fingernails and the skin underneath them!
I always keep an affordable, large-sized hand cream on my desk and apply it generously whenever I remember.
I carry an expensive, high-end hand cream with a nice scent in my bag and apply it frequently when I go out.
It feels like a mood lifter instead of perfume!
It might seem like a trivial habit, but I think consistency is really important for hand skin. Just like my skincare routine, hand care is now a part of my daily routine.
