I'm starting by taking care of my hands.

My hands tend to get chapped easily.
These days, I make sure to apply hand cream frequently.

I especially try to apply it right after finishing the dishes.
At night, I apply a generous amount of hand cream and lightly massage my hands.

Honestly, at first it was a bit of a hassle, but
As I kept doing it, the rough feeling on the back of my hand became much less.

And as I also reduced my habit of using hot water,
My hands don't feel as dry as before.

Even though it is a very small routine
