ProRenata Cica Makeup Saver failed item

This is the ProRenata Cica Makeup Saver that I purchased because it claimed to help set makeup, soothe, moisturize, and extend its lifespan. I spray it after applying makeup, but it didn't hold up as well as I expected. Moreover, my face felt dry and tight. So, I am introducing this as a failed purchase that I regret buying.
