I bought this item after getting tempted by it on Instagram. I read that if you comb your eyebrows upward, they stay in place. The price wasn't too expensive, so I decided to give it a try. It is a mini mascara size, and when you open it, the brush is very small. I used it with high expectations, but it only lifts and combs the eyebrows; they just go back to their original position. Most of the reviews said it worked well. Also, some white powder flakes off once it dries, so I haven't been using it much.
