I do this when my face feels tired or dull.
I do it about 1 to 2 times a week.
I like that it applies transparently and thinly, and it doesn't feel dry or tight when it dries.
When peeling it off after it has completely dried, it is also nice to watch the sebum that comes off as it falls off.
It doesn't hurt much when you take it off, either.
I make sure to do this the day before an important appointment.
My makeup went on well the next day without caking either.
