I ended up trying Woodbury eyeliner thanks to a strong recommendation from a makeup-loving friend.
I have severe dry eyes, so I use artificial tears several times a day, which causes my eyeliner to smudge easily.
I liked that the Woodbury eyeliner has good staying power so I don't have to go through the hassle of redrawing it, and I can use it without worrying about smudging.
It applies smoothly and has great color payoff, so I think it will be easy to use even for those like me who aren't good at drawing eyeliner!
