It's the Etude House Drawing Show Brush Liner.

I mainly use it when drawing the outer corners of my eyes.

Since it's a brush pen style, it's easy to draw a thin, pointed tail.

I like it because it dries well and doesn't smudge.

I usually use it on the outer corners of my eyes, but I enjoy using it as a liner all over because it gives a sharp and clean look.
