Attention to those who turn into a panda within just a few hours of applying eye makeup, or those who are worried about eyeshadow creasing in their crease making their makeup look messy! This is the VDL Eye Primer, which enhances both longevity and color payoff when applied before eye makeup!
Since it is a stick type like a concealer, take out just a small amount.
Just apply it closely to your eyes and then apply eyeshadow, and you're done!
My lower lash line smudges easily, so I pay extra attention to applying it there. There is definitely a clear difference between when I apply it and when I don't! The eyeshadow also shows up more accurately, so I can't live without this in the summer.
