For me with oily skin, four-season waterproof products...

I wonder why it smudges so much and wipes off so easily.

I've given up on eyeliner, but I'm using this product to at least try and keep my mascara looking good. Haha.

It stays put well unless you rub it in vigorously, and it doesn't get cakey as easily.

It's good because it comes off easily if you dissolve it using a remover.
