I recommend an eye primer that is great for color payoff and longevity.

If you are disappointed with the color payoff of your eyeshadow, find your eyeliner smudges easily, or experience creasing along your crease, you absolutely must try using an eye primer. It makes a *definite* difference. I use eye primer after applying cushion foundation. If you use just a tiny amount before starting your under-eye makeup, the longevity and color payoff are amazing!! If you also pay attention to the tail of your eyeliner, it prevents oil from smudging. I used to use VDL, but now I use Missha, and since I only use a small amount, it really lasts a long time. You definitely have to give it a try.
