This is a review of a new cosmetic product!♡

The glorious protagonist of today is none other than

Romand Twinkle Pen Liner

 

I bought it right on the first day of launch.

I was so busy with exams that writing the review was delayed a bit.

Product Introduction

 

Among the 5 colors of Romand's new Twinkle Pen Liner,

I purchased <02. Golden Wave + 03. Rosy Sparkle>!

 

Among Romand products so far, there is no pen liner type product like this.

I don't think a pen eyeliner was released yet, but I hope one will be launched soon.

 

Anyway, true to its glitter line, the Twinkle Pen Liner starts from the packaging

It has a strong holographic feel, and it is convenient because you can distinguish the colors using the lid.

 

The Twinkle Pen Liner features a thin, fine brush fully filled with liquid glitter.

After opening the liner for the first time

<03. Rosie Sparkle> is fine

There was glitter on it.

 

<02. Golden Wave> The liner is just a white brush without glitter or color.

It was just sitting there, so I thought it was defective, but when I kept shaking it, glitter came out.

 

Don't panic like I did; please shake it vigorously when you open a new box!

 

 

<Wrist Swatch + Longevity>

 

Next, I swatched the Twinkle Pen Liner on my wrist!

 

When I first applied the pen liner, I felt it was very moisturizing.

I was worried about what to do if the staying power wasn't good.

As you can see in the video, once it was fixed, the hold and longevity were incredibly good.

 

As for the pen liner itself, the glitter doesn't feel like it has very large pearl particles.

It felt like the small pearl particles applied evenly without clumping.

 

 

<02. Golden Wave>

 

02. I tried using the Golden Wave color on my under-eye area.

 

Golden Wave is a color containing a transparent base plus gold, white, and pink pearls!

The gold pearl is the most prominent, and there are differences in pearl content in the order of (Gold > White > Pink).

 

02. Golden Wave has a transparent base color, so it is suitable for various makeup looks.

It was a good color to use as a glitter without any issues.

 

 

<03. Rosie Sparkle>

 

03. Rosy Sparkle is a pen liner featuring a <calm pink base + gold and white pearls>.

 

Because it contains similar amounts of gold and white pearls and the base has a pinkish tint

When applied to the eyes, the gold and white pearls look similar and blend well together.

 

03. When you use the Rosy Sparkle color, it applies beautifully as rose gold glitter.

 

<Overall Review>

 

Romand's existing glitter eyeshadows had too much fallout, so

I didn't reach for it often, but maybe because this pen liner is liquid glitter...

The fixing power is so good that it seems like it will stay in place well even if I sweat a lot this summer, so I think I will be using this product often!

 

And I bought 2 pen liners + 1 blur fuzzy tint.

The eyeshadow palette was available for purchase for 100 won, and

I received the remaining three nail polishes plus the makeup remover wipes as a free gift.

 

I only bought 3, but the package arrived so heavy that I was touched.

The complimentary nail polishes are also great products to use this summer season, so

I recommend running straight to Romand and buying the new Twinkle Pen Liner!
