My eyeliner keeps smudging.

My eyes are on the smaller side, so I want them to look clearer.

I use eyeliner.

Maybe it's because I have oily skin, but it keeps smudging.

It happens even when I use waterproof products, though.

Could you recommend any products or share your makeup tips?
