This is the Tooque Waterproof Slim Eyeliner created by influencer Heida. It has recently launched at Olive Young, and it is really good. I previously purchased the set, and I liked it because it allows you to do eyeliner, under-eye bags, waterlines, and winged eyeliner all at once. I recommend giving it a try.
