Please recommend a smudge-proof eyeliner.

It's the Kat Von D Tattoo Eyeliner.

It was a hassle for me to get it after coming back to Korea because I had to use international shipping.

My skin is definitely dry, but I wonder if I have a lot of oil only around my eyes.

Maybe I did my base makeup wrong, but almost every eyeliner I use smudges..🥹

Can you happen to recommend a long-smudging eyeliner? 👍👍
