The VDL Eye Fine Slim Touch Eyeliner features a 2mm slim pencil that fills in the gaps between lashes as well as the outer corners of the eyes, allowing you to create a deep, slim line. Its soft, creamy texture applies smoothly like a colored pencil from start to finish without interruption. The quick-drying gel base maintains the smooth application and vibrant color while drying quickly, making it a long-lasting, smudge-free eyeliner.
