This is a pen liner I bought at Olive Young.

It is a Clio product. The price was also in the 10,000 won range.

My eyes are very oily, so it's only a matter of time before they turn panda-like. I've tried all the other cheap products, but this one is the best, so I've settled on it. It doesn't smudge easily, applies well, and the color is very vivid. I don't have double eyelids, but I liked it even when I drew them on thickly.
