Liquid eyeliners usually smudge easily, but the Giverny eyeliner doesn't smudge from morning until night and has excellent staying power, which I love. It draws cleanly, and even as a beginner, I can apply it perfectly in one go without any touch-ups. It is the best in terms of both price and color payoff.
