Charmzone Multi Balm

I purchased Charmzone Multi Balm. I bought it at a low price during a sale. I haven't used it yet because I'm not sure if it's okay to use it right now. Since my skin is very oily, I find it difficult to reapply, so I haven't been using it. I'm curious when you usually apply multi balm. I'd like to know if people with oily skin like mine also use multi balm.
