I, who didn't used to exercise much
It's been 4 weeks since I started walking on an empty stomach at the gym.
My body fat didn't decrease, but I lost some muscle.
I heard that working out with Zone 2 helps burn body fat well.
What on earth is going on?
I worked hard six days a week, you know!
So I looked it up and found that you have to exercise consistently for at least 4 weeks.
They say that body fat starts to drop after that.
I guess I was in too much of a rush.
I'm going to keep working hard like this for another month!
