I plan to keep my breakfast diet🍽 as is~

아침 식단🍽은 이대로 지속하려고요~Steamed Vegetables (Eggplant, Zucchini, Beetroot, Tomato, Carrot, Broccoli)

I unintentionally ended up controlling my food intake 🤔

There weren't many vegetables.

I get incredibly sleepy 30 minutes after eating, so

I plan to start exercising as soon as I finish my meal.

 

My body feels heavier than yesterday, but

It doesn't seem like enough to take a day off.

I'm going to try the stair workout today too!
