There weren't many vegetables.
I get incredibly sleepy 30 minutes after eating, so
I plan to start exercising as soon as I finish my meal.
My body feels heavier than yesterday, but
It doesn't seem like enough to take a day off.
I'm going to try the stair workout today too!
