Pigmentation and peeling are occurring around my mouth.

I have noticeable peeling around my mouth and significant hyperpigmentation. I think the dermatologist also diagnosed it as hyperpigmentation, and the flaking seems to worsen during seasonal changes. I even get a chemical peel twice a week, but I'm really worried.
