For the past few years, strange granules have been appearing under my eyes. At first, I didn't think much of it, but as the number and size of the granules increased, I got curious and searched online. It turns out they are milia. ๐ข I was even more anxious because milia are common, difficult to get rid of, and can recur even if removed. I read somewhere that they might disappear naturally over time, so I didn't go to a dermatologist and just waited. However, one has appeared on my eyelid as well, and it seems to be getting worse on both sides. I looked up medications, but none of them seemed very effective. ใ
They stand out more when I apply makeup, and my skin definitely looks bad just because of them, so I'm really worried. ใ
I did visit a dermatologist, but the doctor said there is nothing wrong with them, that they are common, and that they just appeared on their own. ใ
They mentioned that some people's milia disappear over time. ใ
I considered getting them removed with a laser, but since it can leave scars, be painful, and recur, I can't easily do that. I'm thinking of applying medication or cream instead. Are there any good medications, creams, or just topical remedies for milia? ใ

Please recommend something. ๐๐ฟ
Those dot-like things you see in the photo are all milia. I have them on both sides, and I've got about one on my eyelid too.
