Cellfusionc Mildly Acidic Peripheral Cleansing Water

This is a gentle cleansing water that I have been using a lot lately.

Perhaps because it is mildly acidic, it is not very irritating. Even though it has a really watery texture, it removes makeup well.

It is a product used by soaking a cotton pad with it. For heavy makeup, if you press firmly, it removes it well.

It's convenient because I can take care of everything with just this one product without needing a second cleanse.
