Please recommend an ointment to use when acne breaks out.

hello.
I would like a recommendation for an ointment that quickly soothes acne.
I tend to get acne on my chin easily, and lately I've been getting acne and pimples on my forehead, which I never used to get.
It’s really bothering me.
I know I shouldn't touch it with my hands to prevent scarring and help it heal faster, but whenever I see acne, I find myself touching it for no reason.
The Ecnon cream I usually use isn't very effective.
However, there are times when it doesn't work well.
I think that probably depends on the type of acne.
What product do other users apply when they get acne?
It would be very helpful for me if you could recommend some products that worked well for you.
