I still don't understand dermacosmetics. Are cosmetics made through a collaboration between a cosmetics company and a pharmaceutical company? Or is it when a pharmaceutical company manufactures cosmetics independently? Why can I buy pharmacy-grade cosmetics online?

서양에선 약국화장품으로 이해되는것같은데 우리나라에선 그보단 좀 폭넓은 범위를 더마코스메틱이라 하는 것 같아요
