I recommend Bioderma Cleansing Water, a derma product.

This is the Bioderma Sensibio Cleansing Water that I have been using lately. It is already famous, so I'm sure many of you use it, but I wanted to recommend it just in case there are some who don't know about it or aren't using it! I love that it is really gentle and doesn't sting my eyes. Just because it is gentle doesn't mean it doesn't remove makeup; I don't use a separate lip and eye remover and manage with just this one product. Everyone should give it a try!
