You know how there are people with great-looking skin who don't use expensive cosmetics or visit a dermatologist frequently? I was curious too, so I looked up a lot of information and tried it out myself, and I found that basic habits are more important than I thought.

 

The first thing I changed was the habit of drinking a glass of water as soon as I woke up in the morning.

I also wash my face lightly with lukewarm water instead of using hot water like before.

Next, refine your skin texture with toner and hydrating essence, and apply a thin layer of cream.

I used to think that the more I applied, the better, but I realized that applying the right amount according to your skin condition is actually more important.

 

And one thing I never skip is sunscreen.
