Drink 500ml of water on an empty stomach in the morning
It is one of the things I practice every morning.
I wake up at 6 and have breakfast around 8:30.
I wake up at 6 a.m., weigh myself on an empty stomach, and do some stretching, then I replenish fluids while doing my morning work.
I spend about two hours drinking 500ml. Since I don't drink a huge amount of water, if I don't make sure to take care of it at this time, I find that I can't drink 1.5 to 2 liters a day.
I heard that drinking water all at once isn't good. I drink it little by little, sipping it as I go, and I think that's a good habit, both in terms of timing and amount.
First of all, I heard that drinking water on an empty stomach in the morning is good for eliminating waste products and activating metabolism. I also heard that you might experience mild dehydration after waking up in the morning. I heard that this is a good morning routine for replenishing that fluid.
And personally, I found that 500ml is a good amount for drinking only water for two hours without any other snacks. I think it is a good habit for maintaining a 13 to 14-hour fasting period before breakfast.
I would like to recommend this to others as well.
