This is the Lilybyred Cotton Blur Cushion, which is great for combination skin.

It applies with good coverage while remaining just the right amount of matte, so it was perfect for me to use as I have oily skin.
If it's too matte, it's dry to use in the fall and winter, but this product is just right.
It's shade #21, but it's quite bright, so I think I should use #23 next time.
