JM Solution Water Glow Dual Cover Cushion Luxury

The product I use is JM Solution's [Water Glow Dual Cover Cushion Luxury No. 21]. I am particularly satisfied with this cushion because it also features UV protection, allowing me to kill two birds with one stone—coverage and sun protection—with just one product. However, I wonder why I can't get that water glow finish. Still, I am grateful to use it because it covers blemishes well and creates smooth skin.
