I’m introducing the Banila Co Coverlicious Ultimate White Cushion #21 Ivory, a product I’ve been using often lately.

I have combination skin, roughly shades 21-22, so I think shade 21 would be fine for you! Even though it's a matte cushion, it isn't as matte as I expected, so unless you have extremely dry skin, you should be able to use it well. It's so famous for its long-lasting staying power that I rarely need to touch up, so I'm really enjoying using it.
