It removes makeup cleanly, and since it's a no-wash formula, it seems like you can use it with just water.

Tony Moly Cleansing Water is a transparent type with no viscosity, so it flows down like water. Squeeze generously onto a cotton pad and gently cleanse. You just need to do that.

 

**Both cleansing and face washing 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds It is best to finish at that point.

If you extend the time beyond that, it actually strips moisture away and puts a strain on the skin.

 

1. First, wash your hands thoroughly, then wash your face with lukewarm water, and

2. Rub the cleanser well to create a soft, rich lather.

Wash the T-zone, including the forehead and nose, gently to avoid irritating the skin.

3. Wash the U-zone extending from the cheeks to the chin, and

4. Finally, gently and delicately wash the most delicate skin around the eyes and mouth.

5. Once you have completed this entire process, use water at a temperature similar to body temperature
