Which do you use, cleansing foam or oil?

When I wash with foam, my skin feels too dry.

I felt a bit uneasy just using oil, so I wiped it with oil.

I'm using the form, but I'm so confused if I'm doing it correctly.

I'm not sure if I should use both.
