Cleansing water that balances oil and moisture

This is Witch Hazel Micellar Cleansing Water that gently cleanses away impurities and makeup accumulated from the environment, while simultaneously preventing moisture evaporation, purifying the skin, and balancing oil and water levels to help maintain a clean complexion. Although a separate rinsing with water is not necessary after gently wiping, you may lightly finish with water if you wish.
