Oil-to-foam cleanser that allows for up to a second cleanse

The cleansing product I am currently using is the Primera Perfect Oil-to-Foam Cleanser. It is a cleansing oil that transforms into a cleansing foam upon contact with water, allowing for a two-step cleansing process in one step. It has excellent cleansing power, so it can thoroughly remove even heavy makeup. It is gentle on the skin and does not feel tight after washing, so I think it suits dry skin well. I believe the biggest advantage of this product is that it combines oil and foam into one, making cleansing convenient.
