I recommend Bioderma Hydrabio for dry skin.

Cleansing water usually feels stiff on dry skin, but this one is moisturizing. Even though it is a water-based type, it removes makeup without irritation.

The downside is that colored makeup might not come off easily. It’s not a problem for me since I only wear sunscreen and simple base makeup, but eye makeup doesn't come off completely, so you need to use a separate eye and lip cleansing product first to wash it off thoroughly.

I recommend this to those with dry skin who wear simple makeup.
