My skin is extremely dry, so it feels tight almost immediately after washing it. That is why I use cleansing oil every two or three days, even if I don't wear makeup. If I rub the cleansing oil into my face like a massage, it locks in moisture while removing blackheads, so I can enjoy a double benefit.
