This is The Saem Healing Tea Garden Green Tea Cleansing Water. It is said to contain Boseong green tea water. It seems like there are many products containing green tea water these days. It is convenient because it is a no-wash cleansing water. They say the green tea water helps form a moisture barrier. It also provides hydration with lavender and rosemary leaf extracts.
