Are there any skincare products that are good to use during the changing seasons?

Whenever the seasons change, my skin feels a bit itchy, and it feels like my usual skincare routine isn't quite right for me. During the hot summer, I can simply use a very light routine, but lately I've been feeling much more dryness. Since this is a season where skin tends to become sensitive, choosing skincare products is quite a struggle and difficult. I haven't had any breakouts yet, but if you have any derma cosmetics or emergency skincare products that you use when your regular routine feels unsuitable or when you experience itching, please recommend them.
