As the weather gets warmer, my skin temperature rises. What would be good for this?

With daytime temperatures rising sharply today, it feels like the weather has turned sweltering. Perhaps because it is mid-April and the sun is quite intense, I am concerned because my face feels hot and flushed when I return home, and the sensation of heat does not subside easily. I don't think it used to be this bad; as I get older, I feel like my skin is becoming thinner and more sensitive. When my body heats up, it turns red quickly, and I also feel like the dryness is getting worse.

 

I'm posting this because I'm curious how everyone else lowers their skin temperature in times like this. People around me say it's good to keep aloe vera gel in the refrigerator and apply it chilled like a mask, but honestly, when I tried it, while it felt cool temporarily, it dried out quickly and sometimes actually made my skin feel tighter. I'm confused about how to use it; is it correct to use aloe vera alone for older skin, or should I apply a cream on top?

I've heard that if heat stays in the skin, it accelerates aging, so I'm worried... If anyone in my age group has their own tips for managing skin heat as summer approaches, please share them.

    쿨링 기능 있는 수분젤이나 미스트를 자주 뿌려주면 피부열이 금방 가라앉아요. 저녁에는 진정팩으로 마무리하면 훨씬 편안해집니다.

    저는 시트팩 냉장고에서 꺼내 잠깐 식혀서 팩 해주고 있어요.
    너무 차가우면 피부가 자극 받는 것 같아요.
