Is it okay to use a toner pack every day? 🤔

My skin has become very dry lately, and I'm worried because I get a lot of dead skin cells.
In particular, my skin feels very tight after washing my face, so I feel that moisturizing care is absolutely necessary.
So, I heard that toner packs are good, so I'm thinking of trying one, but I'm wondering if it's okay to use it every day.
I'm also worried that doing it too often might irritate my skin or cause breakouts.
I would also like to know how often I should use a toner pack and how long it should last!
Also, if you know of any gentle toners suitable for sensitive skin, please recommend them 🙏
