Recommendations for winter moisturizing items that hydrate deep down❄️☃️

It's already December; it looks like winter has arrived❄️☃️

I've noticed quite a few people wearing puffer jackets on the streets now. I love winter, but it also has its own unique worries.😭 I think everyone can relate to the feeling of their skin constantly drying out due to the heater air indoors and the chilly wind outside. The tightness is especially severe after cleansing or showering, isn't it?🥺 So today, I've brought a few moisturizing products that care for your skin's hydration deep within, even while washing your face during the winter!

 

I will be reviewing a total of four products today!

1. Lagom Celeb Gel to Water Cleanser

I often felt my skin becoming very dry from within after washing my face with a foam cleanser in the morning. When I applied makeup after cleansing, I definitely noticed my base peeling off or flaking off more often. But just rinsing with water felt a bit unsatisfying! So, while searching for a morning cleanser, I discovered this product!🤩

 

It is the 'Lagom Celeb Gel to Water Cleanser'.

 

 

This product has a bouncy, water droplet-shaped appearance. It's a transparent water gel, so it's packed with moisture. I keep reaching for it because of its bouncy water droplet appearance... Is it just me? lol 🫶🏻

 

 

The texture itself is so light and soft that it doesn't irritate the skin at all. Also, since it is a mildly acidic product, I especially recommend it for sensitive skin. As someone with extremely dry and sensitive skin, it is a two-in-one product that provides deep hydration while minimizing irritation!💦

 

 

However, since this product does not lather, it does not have strong cleansing power. You might find it insufficient for evening use when your skin is heavily covered in makeup, impurities, and dust. That is why I also mainly use it in the morning!

After using this product during my morning cleanse, I definitely felt like my skin's deep hydration was firmly locked in. It really felt like my skin was filled with moisture deep inside. 2. Puli Rice Dough Pack Cleanser

 

Makeup tends to cake easily in the winter, doesn't it? That is why, while basic skincare before makeup is important, I think it is equally crucial to take thorough care of cleansing before that. So, I am going to introduce a cleanser to you this time.

 

 

It is the 'Pully Rice Dough Pack Cleanser'! I actually use this product more often as a pack than for cleansing! It brings back fond memories of splashing rice water around in my face back when I heard it whitened the skin! Hahaha. Since this product is also made using rice bran water, it takes care of skin hydration as well as brightening! 🌾

 

 

My favorite thing about this product is its rich, sticky glutinous rice paste texture! The chewy glutinous rice adheres perfectly to the skin, exfoliating dead skin cells while deeply moisturizing from within. In particular, thanks to the nourishing properties of rice bran water, my skin texture felt much softer after using it.🍚🫶🏻

 

 

I usually use this product as a face mask in the evening. You just apply a thick layer to your skin, wait one minute, and then wash it off. Since I tend to find doing face masks for 10 or 20 minutes boring and stifling, I found it really convenient that I could just leave it on for one minute and then wash it off.

The chewy glutinous rice gently dissolves upon contact with water, allowing for irritation-free rinsing. Even after cleansing, the skin feels clean without any residue. Squeaky clean finish! I recommend this to anyone who wants to care for deep hydration and brightening at the same time, those who want to do a face mask while cleansing, and those who find it bothersome to keep a mask on!! 🥰

3. Derma B Daily Moisture Body Wash

 

This time, I’ll introduce some body products! When you think of deep body moisturizing items, you probably think of body creams applied after showering. However, the truth is that you actually need to start paying attention to your body wash to address inner dryness!💦

 

I have extremely dry skin that has also suffered from atopic dermatitis; my skin is so sensitive to dryness that it occasionally flares up even in the winter. Because of this, I have tried a lot of heavy body creams. However, no matter how excellent the moisturizing effect of a body cream was, I would feel dryness even in that brief moment between drying off after a shower and applying the cream. So, after trying various body washes to lock in inner hydration, the product I finally settled on is... It's the Derma B Daily Moisture Body Wash!✨

 

 

I didn't used to consider the effectiveness of body wash as important as body cream. I thought, "As long as it smells good, that's enough!" But this product captures both fragrance and moisturizing benefits!

 

 

I used to use Raybee goat milk products for a long time (this is also a famous item!), but personally, I found that the moisturizing effect didn't last long.😭 The scent is lovely, but dryness would set in immediately after washing. So, I switched to the Derma B product! First of all, I loved that it comes in a large size so I could use it for a long time, and the moisturizing effect lasted much longer as well.⭐️

 

 

At first, it looks like a clear gel, but when you add water, it forms rich, fluffy foam.🫧 Thanks to the abundant lather, the cleansing power is quite good too! I especially loved the subtle scent that lingers on the skin. Usually, fragrances disappear after washing, but this product lasts almost all day. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a moisturizing body wash with a lovely scent! I recommend it a hundred times over.🥹🫶🏻

4. Parnell Cicamanu Mildly Acidic Body Mist

This product is a body mist famous for back acne care! If you spray it after showering, it locks in moisture deep inside your skin.🫶🏻

 

After washing my face, I tend to avoid using a towel as much as possible and instead pat my skin to let the remaining moisture soak in, but it's not easy to do that with the body, is it? T.T Especially in winter, my body temperature drops immediately after I finish showering, so I find myself drying myself off as quickly as possible!

 

 

So, I started using the 'Farnell Cica Manu Mildly Acidic Body Mist'! If you spray it on your dry body before applying body cream, it adds moisture and reduces dryness. In particular, this product contains ingredients that improve the skin barrier, soothing irritated skin and boosting its condition.🍃

 

 

I also have a lot of concerns about areas where dead skin cells frequently build up, like my elbows, and you know how body scrubs usually make your skin much drier? This product contains LHA, so it gently removes dead skin cells. That is why, during the winter, I usually spray this on my elbows and knees and gently pat them in. Of course, it is suitable for sensitive skin too!💚

 

 

Also, since it absorbs quite quickly, if you just spray it on and apply body cream, the moisture is rapidly absorbed into the skin, and the cream creates a barrier, making you invincible even in the dead of winter! Another great thing is that it is fragrance-free! I really dislike artificial scents, so I can enjoy the fresh, subtle scent of the body wash lingering on my skin! Being fragrance- and colorless, it definitely feels safer💚 Parnell Cica Manu Mildly Acidic Body Mist is capable of managing back acne as well as providing skin hydration! I highly recommend it🫧

Today, I introduced some deep moisturizing items for the face and body for the winter!❄️☃️ Since I am recommending these as someone with extremely dry, sensitive skin, you can be sure of their moisturizing power! I usually find my routine to be Lagom for my morning face wash, Fully in the evening, and for the body, Derma B followed by Parnell.
